Repair Policy

SCCY Firearms does allow walk-ins for service. Customers who wish to ship firearms to SCCY for service must obtain an RMA form from Customer Service*. Please see below for contact information.

Note: Firearms must be unloaded. Ammunition must not be shipped with the firearm. Pack your firearm securely.

*Installation of aftermarket parts voids the warranty. If your firearm is not working properly due to neglect, misuse or the installation of aftermarket parts, the customer will be responsible for shipping to and from SCCY in addition to labor and the cost of factory replacement parts.

Firearms may be shipped from a licensed firearms dealer or via UPS or FEDEX. When using UPS or FEDEX, firearms must be taken to a distribution center. Stores do not normally handle firearms.

Customer & Dealer Repairs

If possible, please ship the entire firearm, otherwise we cannot guarantee it will be in working order when it is returned. If possible, please include both magazines in the original box. Turnaround time is approximately two weeks from date of receipt (subject to change without notice).

Please provide a copy of your FFL; we will not ship the firearm back without this. For liability reasons, pistols cannot be shipped back to businesses that do not have an FFL. Wherever the firearm was shipped from is where it will be shipped back to; NO exceptions.

Shipping Policy

SCCY’s shipping policy is compliant with all federal and state laws. SCCY only sells to Federal Firearms Licensees.
